| | In Depth Home Staging Consultation - The First Step Through the eyes of a prospective home buyer, a personal in home consultation first begins with your curb appeal, then a thorough tour of your property inside. Once I tour the layout of your home and view all it's features and contents, I go back into each room and prepare a written comprehensive room by room analysis report which is given to you, detailing all my recommendations specific to your home. My recommendations could include repairs, painting and colour, de-cluttering, moving furniture in/out, lighting, de-personalizing, accessorizing, neutralizing and or modernizing a room.
An information session will follow to review my recommendations with a plan of action on the most important tasks to be completed prior to selling.
The goal of the consultation is to give you a solid plan with low cost and high impact recommendations for selling your property both inside and out.
You can either carry out all the recommendations in the report yourself or we can work with you as much as you would like and develop a tailored home staging package that meets your needs and budget. I also provide FREE an easy to follow seller checklist for the home owner to review and complete prior to listing and selling.

They include painters, flooring and carpet specialists, landscapers, rennovation contractors and repairmen. We also carry a large inventory of beautiful high end home decor accessories and props. Using your existing furnishings and some of our high end inventory, our professional staging experts will transform your home into a buyers dream! With a heavy focus on priority and effectiveness, we will highlight and or create focal points in each room of your home for maximum appeal and create that "WOW" factor that every home needs.
Careful attention is given to traffic flow, furniture placement, lighting and accenting focal points in each room of your home. Loaned and rental inventory can include art, mirrors, luxurious bedding, accent pillows, decorative accents, lamps, custom table centre pieces, small furniture, curtains, etc.
This Service is also ideal for listings that have not seen much activity on the market. The focus is on creating “emotional connection” points in order to market the home to its fullest potential and allow buyers to see it in a completely different light.
